Lone Star Bike & Auto Detailing was founded by Mark Boyd, who was inspired through his own individual passion for motorcycles and cars; including the enjoyment of seeing his vehicles clean to the core. His son, Nathon, who is also a bike and car enthusiast; encouraged the idea and stands by his side as the Manager and Auto Detailer.​

The purpose of creating this business was to help owners of vehicles that don't normally enter an automatic car wash, be able to find a place they can get their motorcycle or car detailed the right way.
